BRED FOR. is a quiz made by outfordrinks.co for the Recraft × Contra Archive Style Challenge. It asks six questions and makes you a poster. This page says what it keeps and why.
What we keep
- Your sign-in. When you make a poster, your browser gets an anonymous guest ID, so the poster stays yours on this browser and there's one poster per person. No name or email is involved. If you choose to sign in with Google instead, we keep your name, email address and Google account ID, which Google shares only for this.
- Your poster: the image, its serial number, the result of the quiz, the name you typed for the poster (if any) and the text instructions used to make it.
- Your IP address, stored with your poster, to limit how many posters one network can make in an hour.
- Whose link brought you, if you came from someone's shared poster.
Your answers to the questions are not stored on their own, only the result they lead to.
Who sees it
- Your poster, its number, the name on it and your result are public at its share link. That's the point of the share link; you choose who gets it.
- Your email address (if you signed in with Google) and IP address are never shown to anyone.
- The data is stored with Supabase, the site is served by Netlify, and posters are generated by Recraft. Recraft receives only the poster instructions, which include the name you typed, never your email.
- Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
- The quiz page uses PostHog to see how people move through the quiz: which steps they reach, roughly where they're from, which link brought them, and a replay of the page with everything typed hidden. It sets no cookies and doesn't follow you to other sites or between visits.
Your browser
The quiz keeps your sign-in and the name you typed in your browser's local storage, so you can come back to your poster, and keeps unfinished answers in session storage until you close the tab. No cookies are set.
Deleting your data
Write to go@outfordrinks.co with your poster's link (or from the email you signed in with), and your account and poster will be deleted within 30 days. Posters and accounts may also be removed when the campaign ends.
